About Henley Nutrition
Henley Nutrition provides nutrition and naturopathic health advice to patients across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. The practice, based in Henley on Thames, is run by Christine Lewis, a registered Nutritionist, Naturopath and Iridologist.
Christine Lewis
Christine has a particular interest in gastrointestinal disorders and connected conditions of blood sugar and hormonal imbalances and autoimmune conditions. She has extended her personal study into the growing scientific findings of the altered gut microbiome and its relationship with chronic disease.

Having managed her own health challenges Christine knows to her own cost the limited help available from conventional medicine in the treatment of many chronic illnesses that are now on the increase. Suffering from chronic fatigue for many years she decided to embark upon her own research into the scientific advancements of clinical studies within the field of food and diet. She went on to study nutrition and naturopathic medicine.

The underlining principle of Henley Nutrition is to take an evidence-based approach during the clinical assessment, understanding the patient as a whole, rather than focusing on their individual symptoms, to uncover the root cause of ill-health. This approach is supported during the consultation by a non-invasive photograph of the patient's iris which helps to identify their constitutional strengths and weaknesses.

CNHC Registered
The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) was set up by the government to protect the public. All CNHC registrants have agreed to be bound by the highest standards of conduct and they are all professionally trained and fully insured to practise.

The government recommends that when people are looking for a health practitioner they only consult with a practitioner on an accredited register such as the CNHC.

GENERAL MEDICAL COUNCIL guidance to doctors confirms that they are able to refer patients to practitioners on the CNHC resister.
